I don't speak German but I bet "hurensohn" is a very flattering comment
It's got to do with having a mom and her great activities
It translates to "son of a removed" and is one of the more severe general insults in the german language. r/ich_iel, the german version of me_irl overused this word badly after it became a meme to answer with "Sprich deutsch, du Huhrensohn" (speak german you son of a removed) to people using english words in the sub.
