Don't know how I feel about this, honestly. I get it, but the integrated branding always looked cool to me - felt more official and more hype.

the closer we get to battle cups being the most official tournament the closer we get to godliness

Will the teams have to eat the loss or renegotiate sponsor contracts at their own expense?

You would've hoped that this kinda thing would be communicated with the team's management prior to this announcement, being this close to TI.
