Me but I don't think I have ADHD.
I know two people who have ADHD and I've likened it to "noticeable executive dysfunction" and I don't really have that or any attention issues.

In my case it's more that a conversation needs so much focus, my mental capability takes a dive and i get tired after an hour, making it even worse.
