Temporary I-95 lanes to be completely refilled with glass aggregate by Tuesday, officials say

Pa. Gov. Josh Shapiro will provide an update as, more than a week after a deadly crash and fire led to the collapse of an elevated portion of I-95, temporary lanes of the highway are expected to be be completely refilled by a recycled glass aggregate by the end of the day on Tuesday.
