Edit 2: apparently it's a real DMCA takedown that was files but it got resolved already.
I would love for Valve to chime in about this since DaFuqBoom is using THEIR IP for his commercial gains, which is 100% against the Steam Subscriber Agreement that Half-Life 2 assets fall under. They should say something soon given recent developments.
Also, pretty sure the original/remix artists who made the song might be a lil pissed too.

I first heard a less-electronic (I think original) version over an Instagram reel of a very well-fed Turkish man rhythmically moving his abdomen to the song.
Heard the remix a bit later down the line, still months before the first gmod upload.

It looks like the DCMA is most likely fake, at the very least DaFuqBoom didn't send it.
DaFuqBoom sold Skibidi Toilet to Invisible Narratives, the company that sent the DMCA.

This is just trolls making it apparent how hard it is to protect the Skibidi intellectual property (never thought I'd have to write those words, and I hate everyone of you for it).
Like you either involve Valve and Garry's Mode copyright, or it is transformed to something else. Funnily enough, this is also the process mods go through to become fully fledged standalones.
Well this sounds like an interesting thing to watch for an update on.
