Allow sideways swiping to be toggled off in settings

I keep accidentally upvoting and de-upvoting things I didn't intend to.

Personally I really like that feature. But I am all for the freedom to switch it off. +1
- Yeah it's nice to have it included for people who want it, but my fingers don't go perfectly straight up and down on my phone and the app tends to read it as side-swiping instead of vertical scrolling.
  
  I understand too well. There are a lot of apps that do things because "most" users do it that way. Everyone else is sol. So I support that request even if I'm not affected.

Yes, please! I typically swipe sideways to "go back" on my phone, which means I end up accidentally triggering this frequently.
