I like both but if I have to choose then waffles because of the texture.

This is a surprisingly hard choice, but I'm gonna have to go with waffles, because the little squares hold the syrup so much better, plus chicken & waffles is amazing.

Depends on the style of both. Diner-style waffles are better than their pancake equivalents, but both are beaten by crepes, and Norwegian waffles are best!

Always Waffles unless we're talking blueberry pancakes. Then it's 100% pancakes.
