You guys have profile pictures?
- Only Flying Squid and Margot Robbie have profile pictures and I refuse to acknowledge anyone else's.

  I checked it out! I have avatars disabled. Didn't even know they were a thing. I can confidently say; yours is the best avatar on Lemmy that I have ever seen! audience clapping

  What I really need is a huge "signature" panel under every comment I make.

  That seems short sighted, for example the very popular voyager client doesn't show any profile pictures. I wasn't even aware those are a thing. I dont want one either though.

  How do I set one in Voyager?
- I've been using them a lot and I will say that it makes Identifying people way easier. I notice "regulars" now way more than before because of their unique pp. Whether that's a good thing or not I've no idea.
  
  I don’t mind identifying people based on their unique pp but I find that quite NSFW
- I find over half the people that do it are unhinged, so it's a great way to weed out undesirables as I browse. I love the block function.

- Not quite yet, but yeah, probably gonna be "big time" soon if I had to guess. Reddit is inaccessible through a VPN (while logged out) now, so it's basically dead at this point.

  Lemmy being what it is, visibility probably depends on a thousand tweaky little factors like which instance you're on, which instance you're looking at, and what client you're using.
