my I3 wont respond to config changes
my I3 wont respond to config changes
i have charged to rofi over dmenu and added polybar to my I3 config and even after a reboot it wont update my changes i have been editing /etc/i3/config and i have done use I3 on other pc and never had it do this

Donyou have anything in $HOME/.config/i3 ?

This is most likely where the real config is i3 copies the one from etc to here, should always make any changes here.

Have a look a the configuration file precedence here. That's probably what's causing the issue
