[Fixed] Incorrect post opening.
I'm pretty frequently having a different post open than the one I click on in my feed. Usually opening a post that's not even on my screen or within a few posts in either direction; it seems to pick one at random.

Same here. Going back and reopening the post seems to fix it every time though.

I have noticed that this seems to happen after refreshing my feed or changing the sort method.

I've found myself recently having to log out, clear my cache, and log back in again under the app..
Edit: Don't take this as a complaint, more like an ad-hoc bug report.

I've noticed that it happens less if I only click on the post title, not the text of the post.
