Do you have the comment "Jump button" enabled?
I'm trying to determine if it's popular enough that it should be enabled by default.
So let me know in the comments if you have it enabled or disabled. Thanks in advance!
Dandroid @dandroid.app I have it disabled. I just tap the comment to collapse it when I'm done with it and it's children.
25 0 Replycatastrophicblues @lemmy.ca Same. It would just feel unnatural to use for me.

macarthur_park @lemmy.world I have it disabled.
Thank you for all your hard work making this app so nice to use!
19 1 ReplyTornadoRex @sh.itjust.works Disabled for me. I do also have “Collapse Comment Threads” enabled though
18 1 ReplyMelonYellow @lemmy.ca
Same here, I just tap to collapse anyway

Me too. The button feels in the way; tapping comments seems more efficient and natural.

body_by_make @lemmy.dbzer0.com Disabled, never use it. Only collapse comments.

I have it enabled like I did in Apollo, and use it all the time.

I have it disabled. Almost never used it in other apps that had it enabled by default.
10 1 Replyhollyberries @lemmy.blahaj.zone Enabled!
7 0 Replyplumbus @feddit.de Just enabled it, as I didn’t know it existed before this post. I missed it and having it now makes me happy.
8 1 ReplyBloody Harry @feddit.de Enabled, but like never use it. idk what's wrong with me
6 0 Replynota_over_moon @iusearchlinux.fyi Have it enabled. very helpful for traversing long threads.
6 0 Replywhywouldi @lemmy.ca I have it enabled, I used to love it in Apollo and was really happy when you released it in Voyager. Thanks for all the great work by the way!

Now that I'm thinking about it, although I have it disabled I think it should be enabled by default. Makes it easier to actually be discovered.

Enabled! In fact, I’m using this app specifically because the jump button works so much better than the other two top iOS apps. Memmy’s is a buggy mess that always returns you to the top of the post the first time you tap it. Voyager’s seems to be perfect. Goes down one thread when tapped, and goes up one thread when held. I dunno if it should be on by default or not, but it is a big advantage of this app over Memmy and Mlem.
5 0 ReplyANIMATEK @lemmy.world Nope. Never used it in my life.
5 1 ReplyNix @merv.news
Enabled, don’t like to use any app without it
5 1 ReplyOctopus1348 @lemy.lol
I have it enabled, it's useful on giant threads.
4 0 Replychiisana @lemmy.chiisana.net
Disabled; takes too much space; scrolling is nice and smooth on iOS; and there just aren’t enough deep threads to warrant something that taking up so much space.
4 0 ReplyNotSteve_ @lemmy.ca I have it enabled and use it consistently. Surprised to hear so many people have it disabled. I like it when I'm halfway through a long comment chain and want to either go back to the parent comment or jump to the next one
3 0 ReplyMimicJar @lemmy.world
Never heard of it until this post. Turned it on. It's neat, but I don't think I'm going to leave it on. I wouldn't be against it being on by default.

Don’t use it. Find it causes confusion.
2 0 ReplyThisfox @sopuli.xyz Didn't know it was a thing. Comment collapse works fine.
3 1 ReplyAlex @programming.dev
Disabled, not needed. iOS.
3 1 Replyshadowplayer2 @lemmy.world Literally the one feature I was looking forward to the most before it was added, makes navigating threads much easier. I say it should be default!
3 1 ReplyZeroCool @feddit.ch
I have it enabled, it’s a very useful feature. One of the main things I was looking for in a Lemmy app to duplicate my old Apollo experience.
2 0 ReplyHobbes @startrek.website Enabled. I typical tap the top comment to collapse, but if it's a long thread I live having the button soi don't have to scroll up to find the top comment to collapse.
2 0 Replyragormack @lemmy.world I don't use it.
3 1 ReplyCmdrKeen @lemmy.today
Before this post, I didn't even know it was there. What does it do? I just enabled it but I can't find any difference.
