  • Even though there are plenty of great and quickly evolving mobile apps, I use the web interface both on desktop and mobile devices. It's actually quite good, and since I'm a mod and instance admin, the feature completeness is key. Apps are not there yet.

  • My eyes.. nah I use the regular lemmy website on my computer and wefwef/jeboa on mobile.

  • I use mostly the web app. Memmy, Mlem, Jerboa, Liftoff, etc. all look cool, but to be honest, I'm not sure I'll ever go back to having an app on my phone like I did with Reddit. I think I want my engagement with Lemmy to be more on a "when I feel like it" basis than a "when a push notification summons me" basis.

  • I have installed and tried all of them. Right now, WefWef running under Brave is winning on Android.

It's fast, the gestures are great The media works, I can resize and download images easily get to read and clear my inbox and see my post history.

  • Switching between Memmy and Mlem. They seem to compliment each other in missing features. Although as Mlem improves, I’ll probably stay there. I’m used to Apollo.

  • On my macbook I just go on firefox and use the lemmy.world site

on my phone i do have a bunch of apps installed but im pretty much exclusively using memmy, i just check in on the other ones to see how development is going

  • Genuinely, I just use the site itself either on desktop or my phone. I've tried Jerboa, Summit, and Thunder, and while they're all good (Thunder was my favorite), the base webpage (with the darkly-compact theme) is more than good enough for my needs. That this is true is a great achievement on the part of the Lemmy devs, in my opinion.

  • I came from the official Reddit app and started with Mlem, then Memmy shortly after.

Kinda accidentally stuck with Memmy and haven’t touched Mlem for a few days. Makes me wish I’d tried Apollo when I actually used Reddit but it doesn’t matter cuz I’m not going back anyway.

I did sign up for Sync though so I’ll probably give that a chance when it becomes available.
