Ukraine is already using cluster munitions. They are damn good at killing invaders; invaders that are much, much more dangerous as they actively kill Ukrainians.

Russians killing Ukrainians every day are more dangerous than cluster munitions. It's the much, much lesser of two evils. Send them!
