Hudson Yards from the High-line NYC

I guess it's intended meaning isn't too out of line with it's appearance unlike most city sculptures I've seen.

ikr? iirc it was meant to express some happy positive shit but it gives me vibes of a bloody suffering child giving an exasperated last laugh as he realizes there's fuck all he can do.
