What do you call avoiding sleep until the very last minute because your life is only work and responsibilities. If you go to sleep that just means you have to wake up and do it all over again. So you stay up late so you have some sense of a life outside of this soul cruising existence.

I'm usually excited to get home plop on the couch, deny that I'm tired and should go to bed.

This adult is excited to ride his motorcycle home after work, excited to take an edible and play whatever video game I have been playing, go ride bicycles with my kid, maybe read a book, and definitely practice cooking. When it's bedtime I have to go lie down next to a nice thick woman with long red hair and a sex drive that I am doing my best to keep up with.

I don't understand why I have this life. I wish others could be as happy.

I knew I was an adult when I started hoping that if I got sick, I would get sick on the weekend.

I finally felt like an adult when waking up early on Sunday mornings became my favorite part of the week. It's the most peaceful time.

I do enjoy going home. It's better than going to work.
