The king Kong FPS was amazing on the 360
- The movie tie-in yeah, I saw it for sale the other day need to go back and get it.

  That game falls firmly into the “formative/great for its time” category.
  
  Your memory of it is better than how you’d react to it today, I assure you.
I read this as "Donkey Kong Inspired" for some reason and was really puzzled at the game.
- If he shoots ya, it's gonna hurt!
- "yeah, I mean we could jump over the barrels like last time, or... What if Mario had a rifle?"
The gameplay looks somewhat bog standard, but I love the attention to detail and the audio design is very well made as well, it's very immersive to say the least. The healing and weapon animations give me FarCry 2 vibes, it also has that same "tech demo" feeling with all the physics interactions, I miss that era of the 2000s when some games were very obvious tech demos for a studio's new game engine like FarCry, Half-Life 2, Crysis, Doom 3 and so on...
It looks very pretty but something feels off.
- Yeah like hey look at the glass physics...
More Kong based games? You might have to wait for us to forget.
