[I just watched] Sound of Freedom (2023) with Jim Caviezel. 1st time i've watched Jim as a lead actor. This is a powerful and sad movie. Really suits Jim's style.
I think it's a tad bit overrated but it's still a really good movie. Got the biggest applause of any movie I've seen in person at the theaters, and the second biggest audience I've seen this year (second only to Barbie ofc). Pretty hard to watch though.
I haven't seen the movie and was avoiding most things about it until Paul Hutchinson who actively helps in trying to capture and identity child trafficking perpetrators and was involved in the funding and producing of the movie went on the Jordan Harbinger Show. I liked his discussion and stuff about his life and experiences which is most likely more important than the movie.
