Who puts just BIRTH on a birthday cake?

  True funny how if take some word out English still know what say.

- I imagined this being the second cake of an intended three. "HAPPY" wasnt pictured and after the one we saw I doubt they even bothered with "DAY!".

It's pretty accurate. Birth is pretty bloody and messy.
