I have no idea what the picture is, but I'm guessing that it is a still from a movie/tv show/etc and in between the two posts the poster finds out that one of the characters in the picture dies.

Wiki says the little girl's dad spliced the dog and girl together into a dog-girl, then dad and dog-girl were both killed in disgust and pity respectively.

Weird how anime depicts a dog-girl and all the weebs say "this is nsfl unimaginable horror" but you mention a catgirl and the weebs all get nosebleeds.
