How would you go about reaching North Sentinel Island undetected and integrating into their community?

Lets say you wanted to reach North Sentinel Island undetected by them, and then try to somehow integrate into their community. How would you go about it? Be creative.

Lets assume diseases and immunity aren't an issue here. Everyone is biologically safe in this hypothetical.
