I care about being healthy and this is the healthiest way, with having all the variety of food from plants that I can manage having in meals, this is including generally having legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grain including bread and pasta from that, and leafy greens along with fruits and vegetables the colors of the rainbow. Don't just ignore studies, or doctors with their results, including Alona Pulde, MD; Matthew Lederman, MD; T. Colin Cambell, PhD; Caldwell Esselstyn, MD; Dean Ornish, MD; John McDougall, MD; and Neal Barnard, MD.
