Free Gym Membership Rule

  1. Go to supermarket
  2. Pick up the largest sack of potatoes/cat litter/bulk dry goods you can find (lift with your legs) or two if one's not enough for you
  3. Carry them around a bit while you pretend to look at other items (cardio)
  4. Change your mind, put them back
  5. Leave without making any purchase
  6. Repeat until sufficient fitness achieved
