I'm trying to get into IT Freelancing in Germany. Does Anyone have experience or Advice?

Like what Platforms or other means to use and what to look out for? What should I write ? How much money should I ask for?

I currently mostly do administration of Monitoring Software/Agents but I'm open to doing sysadmin stuff as well.
