From experience, I can tell you this is actually short haired vs long haired people. You can't really grow out your hair without the ends going to shit if you mistreat it.
When I grew my hair out for the first time I mentioned to a woman that it was so much more work than I thought it would be.
She said "what you have to shampoo and condition now?"
I had no idea how important conditioning was, I could run a comb through my hair again without pulling half of it out after conditioning for the first time. The 2 in 1 mens shampoo did not work.
Well, yeah, mine looks like crap, but I don't have the time to care, and the long hair hides the large patch of psoriasis on the back of my neck.
Even literally just using the right shampoo as opposed to something like body wash can make a big difference, in case you're interested
“Shimmer is a floor wax AND a dessert topping.”
Carnauba wax would like a word...
Out of liquid shower soap? No problem we got some of that carpet cleaner stuff.
REI sells a liquid that pretty much does this for when you go camping.
Are you talking about Dr Bronns, which also comes with large amounts of reading material printed all over the bottle?
Dr. Bronners is goated. Best soap
No, it was something else I’ve never heard of, geared specifically towards camping.
Men: If hair is damaged, cut it off.
Toothpaste, Toilet cleaner, Ketchup
Women: socialized from a young age to uphold beauty standards or else be treated worse for being 'ugly'
Men: 6 in 1 shampoo go brrr
Dawn, if you're wondering.
I use Dr. Bronners hemp peppermint for everything. Soap, shampoo, toothpaste, dish soap, dog shampoo, hell, I once washed my car with it.
Ok, so I only use it as toothpaste while camping, but still, I could.
I went through I think a couple of years where I used exclusively Dr. Bronner‘s. But I got tired of smelling like a mint all the time. And it doesn’t taste great when you use it as toothpaste.
They make toothpaste too.
What about the laundry? Can I use it as well?
If it's Dr. Bronner's? Yes.
