Trick question, as BOTH of my dogs are the best girls (or best removed, if you prefer to maintain the alliteration). They really are, it's not debatable, so either you're messing with me, or I'm about to sue your game show.

Whichever male dog I'm currently talking to/looking at is the Best Boy.
Likewise the Goodest Girl is whichever female dog I'm currently talking to/looking at.

Actually in my case it has to be B. My current dog is the best girl.
For me there is no best boy.
I didn't have a childhood dog. That eliminates A.
I don't have a current dog. That eliminates D.
I've never seen a dog in a mall. That eliminates C.
And my sisters current dog is a good girl, thus eliminating B.
And with that, there is no best boy.
