No system of oppression is perfect.

Some Muslims want their religion to advance with the times. Others want it to stay in the middle ages. Just like some catholics want to burn LGBT&c at the stake and others want to welcome their brothers and sisters.
Your lovely example of progress (or virtue signaling?) doesn't fix the existing issues inherent in the religion and a large number of its practitioners.

Never mind the Christian 'charities' that exclude LGBTQ+ people -- due to being financed by the far right.
I wouldn't be surprised at all if that Muslim charity were actually financed by the far right as well.
How about both are bad?
Don't tolerate intolerance.
I see not problem with private charity including or excluding groups.
A charities main goal is to raise funds to help people in need. Unless the money comes from an unsavoury source such as crime or drugs I feel they shouldn’t exclude anyone from helping to raise money for a good cause. That goes for Muslims and Christian’s.
