What happened to Microsoft's idea of having data centres on platforms out in the ocean and just using sea water?

I lost my job to an immigrant. Because he decided that he could destroy the government departments that paid my salary.
Ditto, and my company was actually increasing government efficiency in a certain area by 900%.
Now they're out of business because they never diversified into areas other than the federal government.
