The court said, "You have to bring them case-by-case." They didn't say you can't change their statues. They said show us you reason for each person. That is all.
An administration that just hates immigrants that are not white. No other reason to rwmove people.

It may seem trivial, but that's still a huge roadblock for Trump. This will cause delays and stretch his administration thinner.
He expects everybody to just roll over for him at every turn, and it's evident that he never sets up contingencies for when somebody resists him. So even small snags like this will royally gum up the works with his plans.

That was already supposed to be the case, they just put it clearly into words. They've always been allowed to revoke permission to remain, they just used to follow the requirement before.
