Lemm.ee shutting down
So this community's instance (and mine!) -- lemm.ee -- is shutting down on June 30.
I received an invitation to move the posts over to piefed.social. Unless someone feels like that's a bad idea, that will happen. If anyone knows how to reach the mods, that seems like a good idea. @craftyindividual
Thanks so much to everyone who made this a great place to share beauty for the last couple of years.

You can see how the community looksi n piefed already - it's got a great "wide tile" view I like a lot!
Damn thats the second biggest lemmy instance. More power to .world once again :/
I invested into those lemmy.zip shares, this is my first comment, fresh start, sure .world will grow but other instances will grow too.
the biggest lesson from all this is administration / moderation burnout is a really big factor and something that needs addressing somehow.
