Don't mistake the past for a utopia. Don't mistake the present for the limit of human civilization.

I've frequently felt we're on the verge of a pretty decent eutopia; Maybe not a completely perfect world, but a much better one, where none may needlessly suffer and all receive the help and aid they need.
