Not on internet but real life. My mother took a pair of scissors, cut from her vagina to her navel then started going sideways releasing bowel in the process.

She did other similar things before finishing herself off years later.

Mental illness is a removed. Huge amounts of codeine were available over the counter back then and in sure that helped.
