Not that well, usually, which is why it's very rarely done. That one guy has met an interesting selection of women though

Anyone can pee and stand. It's just whether or not you make a giant mess of it, but you don't have to be female to do that.

I tried convincing my (cis) GF that she could pee standing up one time based on this website I found by a nurse in 2004 and she was really offended for some reason. She thought it was a joke or something (??). But YES I’ve seen this on the internet
