I'm trying to find a place to live and this lady made it seem like we had the place. Said she would send the contract that day so I put in my notice at my current place. Fast forward a few days and no contract and she's said she doesn't want to rent to us anymore due to low credit. Now I've got 3 weeks to find a place before I need to move out of my current place.
That sucks! Too late to ask your old landlord if you can stay a bit longer?
What does credit have to do with rental payment history?
