Ive only tried making detroit style pizza onces before but i think it's my favorote variation on pizza. If i ever go to Detroit im definitely going to buddys and trying some of the original stuff.
If you’re ever in Detroit you should check out the pizza joints of former buddy’s chefs like Louis’ and Shield’s. They. Are. Fantastic.
