Both are from Boondock Saints from 1999.
I remembered the crossdressing scene, I don't remember the scene on the right as clearly.
which is surprising, haha, I assumed I still recognized the movie frame for frame.

It's been a hot minute since I watched it as well, but I'd watch it almost religiously over and over for a while back then. Same with The Matrix and Office Space. All 1999 movies, huh..
