Also, it garnered him "friendship" with Putin. I write friendship in apostrophes because these sociopaths are incapable of grasping the actual concept. Putin is useful to Musk and vice versa. And each thinks he has the advantage over the other. Same with Musk-Trump and Trump-Putin.

Just to put that into perspective: the Alaska purchase in 1867 was 2.7 Million dollars, roughly 153.5 Million dollars in today's money.
