I vary it, so l do 20kg and then something else for half an hour, then back to 🥔. Seems to be working so far.

Peeler, a Y shaped one.

I’ve never got the hang of those kinds of peelers. I always feel out of control and worry that I’m going to peel off a fingertip or something.

Your fears are completely justified! I've done my fingertips or sliced off a chunk of nail on several occasions.
