Okay so I was under the impression the informant didn't know it was Luigi but just called the cops cuz they thought he was acting sus. But I guess that was bullshit.
I think the story early on is that they called because they wanted the bounty, but they didn't get it because they called 911 and not the dedicated tip line.
I bet they were going to get stiffed regardless lmao
