Tempe Police arrest man suspected of vandalizing "Penis Man" on buildings

Back in April I snapped this photo at a strip mall in Tempe, near Broadway & Mill Ave:

Didn't think too much about it after that, but I'm glad his handiwork was intriguing and well-known enough that that I can have some closure.
