Whatever we call it, the only way a 3rd party will stand a chance is if everyone on the left picks a single 3rd party and supports it. The Progressives, the Socialists, the Democratic Socialists, the Communists, Anarchists*, Green Party people, everyone who want's to escape the two party system. If we ever manage to force through election reform, then we can split back up into individual parties. Otherwise it simply will not work.
- I know it seems odd to expect Anarchists to participate in Elections, but we have to live with the consequence of elections just like everyone else. If I can reduce harm while waiting on people to get hip to Anarchism, I will happily do so.

Anarchist checking in: I vote. I don't live in a communist utopia without money or borders or hierarchy, I live in THIS fucked up world, so yeah, voting is necessary.

Right on. I've actually had people argue with me before saying "real" anarchists don't vote or are somehow hypocritical if we do vote, so I thought I'd try to preemptively respond to such silliness.
