i'm using memmy (iOs) ! works very good, and it feels nostalgic since they tried their best to... be inspired by apollo š
29 1 ReplyTenderfootGungi @lemmy.world They have added the blue jump button. It makes it hard to upvote comments at the bottom, but love that it is there.
8 0 ReplyLetKCater2U @lemmy.world You can hide it in settingsā>appearance

You can hide the button, but my favourite way to upvote comments/posts is by swiping a bit to the right!
And if you deep-swipe to the right it will downvote.

I love Memmy for Lemmy!
8 0 Replykratoz29 @lemmy.fmhy.net My gf installed that one yesterday, but I think it does not have an option to mark as read posts while you scroll, hide read posts?
I couldn't even see if the read posts were dimmed.
7 0 ReplyThales @sh.itjust.works
It does in TestFlight. In fact, it has several options for marking read and works great.
7 0 Replykratoz29 @lemmy.fmhy.net Wait, so the App store version is just a dumbed one version?
1 0 ReplyThales @sh.itjust.works
No, itās just behind the dev builds. Lots of new features have been delivered lately and will be pushed to the App Store soon.
7 0 Replykratoz29 @lemmy.fmhy.net Good to know, thanks.

armrods @lemmy.world Yeah no, Apollo was native, Vogager isn't
3 1 Replygunnm @monero.town Native already incoming and PWA works awesome.

undefined @programming.dev except it's not, because Voyager is React and comes with all the baggage that using React brings.
Native clients all the way.
2 1 Replygunnm @monero.town Works great as PWA, and Voyager is already coming native.

Hopefully the dev changes his mind about not creating an app for lemmy
18 0 ReplyShambles @beehaw.org Have you heard of wefwef? Itās basically Apollo for Lemmy.
Link to a Reddit post about it, quickest I could find in short order at work:
https://www.reddit.com/r/apolloapp/comments/14lr2n4/wefwef_is_an_apollo_like_web_app_for_lemmy/
11 0 ReplyZana @startrek.website It's called Voyager now.
13 0 ReplyShambles @beehaw.org Thanks, I didnāt realize that. My icon still says wefwef.
6 0 Replybody_by_make @lemmy.dbzer0.com For the PWA youāll have to remove and re-add it to get the updated name and icon, if you want them. Not required by any means though
5 0 ReplyShambles @beehaw.org Thanks that worked!, I feel like I preferred the old icon though :/ Iāll get used to the new one I guess.

Pinklink @lemm.ee Is it? I got it before it was on App Store, so it still says wefwef. Should I go get Voyager because one day updates wonāt transfer over? Or am I good, and super duper cool cus I got OG Voyager?

owf @feddit.de Seriously good by any measure, and fantastic for a webapp. Smoother and more native-feeling than a lot of actual native apps.
8 0 ReplyA10@kerala.party @kerala.party OP

Yeah, it's called Voyager, and it doesn't even have the Pixel Pals or pop-ups that ruined Apollo!
