Oh mah gourd oh mah gourd oh mah gourd. Tonight's dinner was incredible and I got 4.5/5 yum yums from the family.

They are flat rice noodles.

Oh ok. I don’t think I’ve seen them that colour before.
Are they infused with anything?

My broth was dark so when I cooked the noodles they took on some of the colour.
