It's been a couple hundred episodes since we really dug into Tengen! I think the last time was the Nintendo vs Tengen episode (outside of tangential mentions).

Interesting research from...Pringles?
www.theguardian.com ‘There’s no stress’: gamers go offline in retro console revivalTrend to fix or buy consoles such as Game Gear or Nintendo 64s may reflect a desire for internet-free fun

So...you can buy a magnetic wrap that makes your Xbox look like an old PC case
I cannot handle how cute this is.

New Keyboard and Mouse!
Had these on pre-ordered since 8bitdo announced them because I can't resist translucent electronics. Very much enjoying it over my old Keychron K4, although I am already missing my numpad.
The Xbox button actually opens the game bar in Windows, which is a cute touch.

My old retro game cart (now defunct)
Just wanted to share my old retro game cart I built several years ago in my old house. I eventually moved to (mostly) emulation for convenience and because the cart didn't get used enough to justify the effort and space that it required. But for a few glorious years there it was pretty cool!
Anyone built out a movable gaming cart like this for your retro stuff?

Michael Jackson’s Moonwalker
Sega Genesis version running on a Steam Deck (docked)
I love this Genesis/Saturn-like 8bitdo controller! Just holding it is so nostalgic.

My current handheld lineup
ALTTaken with my Nikon Coolpix S51 (in pink).
Anbernic RGP35XXSP on the left sporting MuOS. Fits just fine in my original GBA case!
On the right is my Miyoo Mini+ in a 3D printed hard case (from Etsy) running OnionOS.
The Anbernic is quickly becoming my go-to due to the RTC, which makes Pokemon games easier to enjoy. And being able to just flip the lid shut to sleep and power off after ten minutes is very nice. But I still vastly prefer the UI of OnionOS on the MM+.
What's everyone else carrying these days?
