  • That would cost money silly!

  • I asked ChatGPT

Why do people bring this up every fucking time?

  • It is obviously pretending to be a pufferfish.

  • look at the person in the brown coat on the right. their glasses and eyes melted together.

No, that is because frames frequently have a lighter color/clear on the inside of the frame so they aren't as distracting. Tufts of hair near ears can also make things look wonky when you can't see fhe individual hairs. Blurry hands tends to be moving. This is a low quality image and the 'blending' effects are just normal potato image quality.

AI would not be able to get buy holding glasses while face in hands right,l (the black line above his ear is hair), would have screwed up the shoe logos, and a bunch of other small details.

  • It also beads up when you don't shave. Had that yesterday with my hairy gorilla arms when sitting still and trying to cool off.

  • I do the same with any kind of queue, put stuff in it then never follow through because there are too many choices.

  • As used around here in the US it is fancy finger foods, usually appetizers. But we also tend to use the words differently than the source, like we use entree for the main part of the meal.

  • That name is banging!

Also, the article names a couple of tame internet naming debacles but doesn't mention Dub the Dew?

  • Gotta hit that landing strip between the sidewalk and the curb!

  • Is that the one pronounced "Wooster"?

  • "Hors d’oeuvre”. funnily not pronounced “horse divorce”.

That's a new one and I love it I like calling them "hours devours" which also adds in a non-existing consonant.

  • Xbox graphics is hiring Xbox.

Looks like they already found their new hire!

  • But, at the end of the day, if you want people’s votes, you’re going to have to figure out how to display some level of empathy, because openly hating everyone who votes differently hasn’t worked to win them over to your side.

First of all, I hate them for who and what they voted for and not becsuse it happened to be different. This isn't some pick a team and hate everyone else thing, they chose evil.

I also don't want their votes, and chasing those votes is a fool's errand. Spending the time motivating disengaged people to show up like Obama and other candidates with positive messaging is the path to success.

  • All of the phrasing in those slides are EA expectations and assumptions about what they think the game needs. It does not read to me as requirements agreed to with the developer, just a lot of 'EA needs more things in a sequel'.

This makes me even more confident that the problem is on the publisher's side, not the developers.

  • That is the kind of attitude that leads to Harris courting Republicans like Cheney without addressing all of the terrible shit Cheney does support.

    Worked out great!

  • It’s the ones who are realizing they’ve been lied to and changing their minds, and yes, people really, really need to stop throwing it back in those people’s faces.

If they can't handle being mocked for making stupid decisions in the past then they will just go right back to voting for the leopards as soon as things improve ir pressure from the fascists increases. They should feel shame and actually learn from it.

  • Republicans could round up Republican voters and gun them down on the street while waving Trump flags and their voters would assume it was Biden's fault.

  • They mean if the police approach and question you don't talk to them because anything you say will only be used against you. It will likely be used out of context as well.

  • I agree with you that gut feelings are absolutely important things to acknowledge in general. Unfortunately a lot of people do not let their gut feelings go when presented with further information that contradicts it.

A lot of shows about crime have one cop who had a gut feeling and then dismisses all of the evidence that contradicts it like an alibi or forensics that show it was someone else.
