I just tried again. The only thing that pops up is a small box in the bottom left corner of the screen that says:

"Error, please try again."

If I try again, i get this again:

“Please wait a few minutes before trying to import or export settings again”

In the bottom left of the screen:

"Please wait a few minutes before trying to import or export settings again"
