Idk if it's $2.99 or if that's their bullshit "with car wash" but still. We're around $3.30s with premium hitting $4.60s! Premium keeps outpacing regular 😭
What happens in a couple years when all this code that's been written by Copilot and the like, Microsoft then turns around and says, "OH YEAH, BTW THAT WAS GENERATED BY OUR AI SO NOW WE OWN YOUR APP!" Look, most social media ToS says anything uploaded to their sites is owned by them now, royalties-free.
Right now it's no big deal to any AI company because more code means more training for the AI, but will we get to the point that they're happy with code output enough and then turn around claiming they own those? Plus, any successful apps are then basically free/no cost contributed projects?
Bonus: Also, what happens when AI is trained on AI-written code that was initially wrong by AI? Is the system doomed to never really improve because of so many inaccuracies?
A. It's a pat on the back attempt to trick people into thinking they care
B. There were DEFINITELY back door deals being made beforehand on energy uses and technologies, so IF they move forward, they've already invested money into those energy companies, so while they "spend" money in infrastructure, it'll be returned in dividends and stock prices. So they're not really losing any money overall.
C. Fuck them because there's no way they all just up and agreed to this, unless there's something in it for Trump's family to profit off of it. So there your reason why this magic reversal of policy happened.
There are other similar ones that have more awareness, but one was focused around New Orleans as there was an incident. I didn't hear about it. Another is taking about banning at beaches which also make sense so voyeurism isn't so creepy and make people feel awkward
So... A "young user" couldn't get help from parents to go to police and show "encrypted" messages from another user that's soliciting anything inappropriate??? I can bullshit.
A. if there's CSAM being shared, that means whomever is "overseeing" these messages is also participating in CSAM and therefore also breaking the law, B. Even of police found out about illegal anything being sent, a minor would want probably want the person to get in trouble, C. If this is a matter of "sexting" between 2 minors, I hate to say it, but I'd prefer it be encrypted to avoid falling into the wrong hands! 2 <18y/olds (or whatever the legal age) having sex or seeing each other naked in person isn't really any different than the pic, but I get the picture is now evidence/proof and could be forever.
Pretty sure odf extension is what LibreOffice uses for a "Word" doc, so I would hope it's open. Now whether or not MS properly uses it is another thing entirely.
First, a few banks got together to make Zelle to compete with PP or Venmo. Here the issue, when you have a problem the bank pushes you to zelle support, but then zelle says it's a bank issue and sends you there.
We started using Zelle more at work and ACH (vs check ot CC) but Zelle is often easier as more customers can have a Zelle setup vs ACH (at least for our business). Anyway, when we have an issue, it's always a nightmare trying to get any help! Zelle is "from the banks" yet independent still. We, like many small businesses, started that bullshit 3%convenience fee surcharge bc they're looking to cut expenses (and it was this at least vs employees).
Unless on Motorola devices (soon).
I hope it's like FairPhone where you get to choose android or Murena/e/
