  • Poor thing…🙁

  • “Now I understand everyone's shit's emotional right now...

But I've got a three point plan that's going to fix…

    EVERYTHING!”

  • Baby snakes?

  • This 👆🏻The Democratic Party is neoliberal and pro-business. It usually aligns itself with the interests of corporate America, many of whom actually support what the Trump administration is doing atm.

Besides, many individual senators personally profit from Trump’s lowering of taxes, removal of legislation and manipulation of the stock market.

Not to put the blame on anyone, but Americans look to me like an a-political people. There is no large, organized opposition movement against the Trump administration. Moderate Americans are stuck thinking the political fight is something they can outsource to the Democratic Party.

  • Again? 🫢

Didn’t NATO learn anything from Hedgehog 2025?

  • A lot of people would answer that the Russian strategy is go “carry on and hope for the best”.

But the Russians have been working very actively to sponsor right-wing extremists and manipulate public opinion, in nearly all Western countries. The election of Trump and Orban for example have been hugely beneficial to Russia.

Plan B I think would be to escalate the war by attacking the EU -forcing them divert resources meant for Ukraine- then sue for peace as soon as they’ve reached some sort of significant territorial gain in either Ukraine or the Baltics.

Its already evident that US won’t lift a finger if NATO countries were to be attacked. In fact Trump would likely use the situation to his advantage and try to extort Europe for money, power or territory.

  • Movie director: ‘Because of AI, I no longer need actors anymore’

Film producer: ‘Because of AI, I no longer need writers and directors anymore’

AI Companies ‘Because of AI, I no longer need movie studios anymore’

Public: ‘Because of AI, I no longer need to bother with movies anymore’

    🙁

  • Yeah, except neither Europe or any of the other countries are going to open the strait by joining an unjust and illegal war with Iran. Instead, we’ll negotiate with Iran and simply accept the new status quo in the region. One in which Iran controls the strait and the US has effectively backed out the region.

  • Oracle completely missed the jump to cloud and, like Informatica or SAS, it’s been outcompeted by the likes of Microsoft, Google, Snowflake and Amazon for years now.

But hey, that’s not going to go down well with the shareholders, so just say you’re cutting jobs because you’re streamlining your business through the marvels of AI…

That said, who exactly are the people that are being let go? I can imagine the old guard still working at ‘their’ company, but firing young engineers hardly seems like a winning strategy

  • Captain Obvious, reporting for duty, sir!

  • Why can’t the UK just deal with Iran directly? Why pander to an ungrateful US?

  • This would’ve been hilarious, if they hadn’t started a horrible war…

  • “Easy now, be careful not to touch the…”

    SPLAT!

  • Just look at those morons…

And let it sink in for a moment that these two losers have just ended 80 years of globalism and free trade, killed thousands of people, forced millions more into poverty, planted the seeds for future wars and famines that will affect hundreds of millions more, likely enriched themselves in the process and give absolutely zero fucks about the suffering they’ve caused.

And all I’m reading online is comments from Americans either explaining how sad they feel for the rest of the world or excusing themselves because they didn’t vote for them. Nobody fucking cares. Fix your shit, America…

  • Should’ve posted this under leopardsatmyface

  • He couldn’t care less. They probably told him to calm the markets instead.

  • Its the Russian playbook all over again

  • This is absolutely f*%#ing insane…

Kharg island is tiny. Really tiny. Any troops trying to hold it are going to get hit with drones, missiles and artillery constantly.
