    I've read your interaction with him, and, frankly, if I were moderating a community where you incessantly carried on over insignificant details, continuing to question things after you got your answer (sea lioning), insisting on focusing on nothing, and never ever stopping, I'd block you too, and I've only blocked 2 people in my entire life as a mod.

    Now you're in here trying to malign him, for revenge, for shutting you down so he could get work done and he can focus on important work instead of debating you over never-ending trivial topics.

    He is the opposite of the image you are trying to give him.

  • Thanks, everyone, for pointing out these issues. I had a little time, so I took a look. I believe all the issues are resolved now. There is no longer an API error and I no longer see the console errors.

  • I was able to log in with 2 different accounts.

    I'm answering from Voyager using my Android phone. I don't use a + in my email address though, but in don't think it would cause a problem.

    Can you try again? If it still fails I'll check the logs

    I downloaded Voyager 2.37.2 onto my Android phone and tried logging in, and it says it doesn't support signups from Piefed, although the above post says to make sure to use 2.37.0 or greater. I get the same error trying to log into piefed.social.

    I haven't made any modifications to the PieFed software, but I am on the development branch, as is piefed.social.

    Which PieFed server have you been able to log into? Are you using an iphone?

  • There is no valid reason to dislike trans people. There is no valid reason to care if someone is trans. There is no valid reason to treat trans people differently.

    You can substitute any color, religion, and culture for the word trans too.

  • This tells me that you'd be in a lot of trouble if you lost your phone or had to wipe it because someone got into it. It's probably good then that you're now thinking about this so you can prepare for a time when you won't have your phone for other reasons.

    All sites supporting 2FA usually allow you to use a second method. Email is usually an alternative. Assuming that your email is your universal second OTP method, you just need to make sure you will always have access to your email account and you'll be fine. So just solve for the OTP problem for your email account.

    Pre-buy your burner phone and make it a second OTP device for your email account. For more assurance, buy a couple of physical keys (like Yubikey) that can be used with your email account. These can also be set up for some of your other accounts that support it, which may be more convenient than email when accessing them.
