  • I might get a lot of downvotes for saying this, but ai tools does not necessarily result in ai generated content (be it good or bad). We got great movies thanks to cgi and computer assisted editing. The invention of digital editing was not only good or only bad. I'm not saying ai tools equals only good things, but just hating on the technological advancements without knowing what it will results in seems kind of senseless to me.

  • You're right about the g, but the second part is more like ck (as in knocky), not tschi like cappuccino but ck like cacca. I'm not English nor Italian so 'tsch' and 'ck' might not be the best letters to describe the sounds.

  • You copied the data and sorted the data in a way that is not what the article is about. If i copied that table and sorted the countries alfabetically, i also wouldn't have "fixed it". I meant to imply your "fix" is inferior to the already provided article, dispute the effort you put into your reply.

  • Honestly the entire UK government and public organisations generally in the UK should remove themselves from Twitter/X.

Honestly every self-respecting government and every reputable organisation should.

  • Unless they kick the US out, invoke sanctions, attack, etc. he and they just don't care.

I'm not too sure about tbh, quite likely he and they still won't really care. He'll start caring when it hurts some big companies bottom line, and he'll only care because he's vulnerable when big money turns against him.

  • I was in Andalusia two years ago can highly recommend.

  • I considered an upvote for your effort, but then i realised you failed to sort by YoY change and also didn't link the source, so decided to comment with this petty remark instead.

  • Lots of things said in the article, could be worth reading, but the question in the headline doesn't really get a clear answer imo. More fitting headline would be "Ten years on, has the Brexit vote helped or hindered the UK?" Answering that question is, based on the article, much more simple: Brexit didn't help, it hindered the UK.

  • Isn't 16mph 11mph+? And isn't 26mph also 11mph+?

  • I usually only look for amount of princes willing to give me money as a metric, but i guess it would be better to add amount of moose attacks as a metric as well, thanks!

  • Well to be fair we've awakened to the 'the US is always protectecting us'-dream, but not to the 'having everything made in China is good for us'-dream. Most of us are knee deep in denial.

  • Of course not, there's no scarcity involved.

  • You're living in the post-truth era: doesn't matter either way, you can just pick your preference and nobody will really care.

  • Upvote for adding the trainingwheels

  • Everbody should use cars. Society has no option but to change.

  • France is based. They've been shouting we should care about strategic autonomy and digital sovereignty way before it was cool (and really necessary).

  • No shit Sherlock Proton.

  • But now you can say your healthcare system is as good as the one in the UK, which is nice. It's not like the US can say that.
