I didn't even realise that the featured posts container (or whatever you wanna call it, the thing that is coloured slightly differently and let's you hide the posts) is actually a hexbear specific thing? Folks, we love our programmers!

One of the neat things it seems is that hexbear goes down often (or at least lemmy-ui) so having my own instance allows me to still browse even while I would otherwise not be.
